Thanks for watching! Merrill is very gracious with signing so far this season, every time I’ve seen him leave the stadium this season (about 4 times) he has stopped to sign, which is so cool! Joe is really good too, I just have never see sign before boarding the buses. I’ve seen him stop his car and sign a couple times and in 2022 after the team got back from Philly in the NLCS he signed a bunch and even gave a kid his cleats and signed them!

That’s so cool! If I was that kid, I might’ve cried. 🥹

Yes Preller’s strength has always been this ability to draft well and acquire young talent for the farm, but sadly one of his major weaknesses has been player development of those prospects and then his roster construction on the MLB level, which coincides with the Xander contract! That contract will age horrifically IMO, and all for a position that we didn’t need filled. But his inability to construct a well rounded roster with depth on the bench will always be my biggest gripe towards AJP, now the next GM is gonna have their hands full with all these long max contracts! Hopefully they can find a rabbit in a hat and make a run this season, and make all these points moot!

Is the Machado baby that close to being born?!? If so, that is awesome! This was the first time I’ve ever seen him not board the bus for a road trip and drive away in his car, so you might be right! What a time to be alive, eh?!? WWE is peaking with their new era, HHH introducing new belts on a daily basis, Cody finally finished his story, CM Punk is back in the company etc etc, The Padres have some really good young talent producing at the MLB level! I’m glad you brought up the Rockies gloves when they play the Padres, at least in the past couple seasons! It’s so crazy how their defense just randomly turns elite, almost comical haha, everyone playing gold glove caliber out of the blue! I really hope this is the season we can finally start crushing the Rockies, especially at Coors! @@ChadDeLanzo Don't get me wrong I love Don and Mud but sometime they're too much. I switch it to the Blue Jays stream because I like Dan Shulman. He's the guy that does College basketball with Bill Walton. But he's the play by play of the Jays. He said Machado wife is expecting to deliver the baby anytime right now and Machado could leave any second during the game and wouldn't be surprise if he missed the Blue Jays series for maternity leave. So when I didn't see Machado board the bus I just put two and two together. Chad this might possibly be a good side hustle but you get really close to some of the players. Have a hand full of Rookie cards ready just incase you can get them signed. Put that bad boy in a sleeve and send it off to get graded by PSA and hope the value grow. But I understand your real purpose is to get content so it would be hard to do both. I definitely know you don't want to be that Padres fan at the All Star red carpet pushing those kids away to get an autograph. That man been Meme 4 LIFE. Chad I hope the family well. I hope baby Cody doesn't grow up too fast. Hope your able to spend all those precious moment when he's still so small. Yea I’ve definitely passed my prime with going for autographs and such, but I still get a kick out of the excitement it generates for the younger fans when the players sign. Once Cody gets old enough to know bout autographs and all that fun stuff, I will definitely be there to document him getting all of them! I’m a huge nostalgia buff when it comes to baseball so I def going to stock pile as much Padres stuff as I can from here on out so I can show him as he gets older. Love making these videos and just being around Petco, the team and getting the chance to meet other fans, it’s been really fun building a little community on here for sure and all the monetization or sponsorship that comes along the way is just a cherry on top of a fun little passion project!
