The San Diego Padres are officially back home after a successful two city road trip. They finished the road trip with 2 series wins in Los Angeles vs. The Dodgers and in Milwaukee vs. The Brewers, finishing 4-2 on the six game trip.
Today was a heartbreaker for Michael King he took a no-hitter into the 7th inning only to take the loss after the Padres lost 1-0. King had the game of his career going 7.2 innings, only giving up two hits and striking out 10 batters.
Padres players remained in good sprits as some players stopped to sign autographs for some lucky fans, including Kyle "Higgy" Higashioka and Wandy Perralta.
The Padres offense looks to rebound after an off day tomorrow as the Toronto Blue Jays come into town for a quick 3 game series at Petco Park.
