That is the real question. 😁 If you were in your first few months of trying, it would probably have happened any. If you were years in, it's really saying something.
Have been trying for a couple months, and this cycle (after listening to all 4 weeks of these fertility affirmations), I found out I'm pregnant with my first child! I listened to them constantly: while hiking, while staring at my vision board (cheesy, I know), before bed/first thing in the morning, or anytime I was feeling anxious or like my body couldn't "do it." I even wrote them down and posted them around my house... I was THAT serious about it! I am convinced they helped me relax my body and mind enough to convince. Thank you for this beautiful gift, and if anyone else is here trying to get pregnant... you can do it, too!!! 💖 PS, Almost forgot to mention!!! My best friend found out she was pregnant with her first a month before I did. After listening to these affirmations, now we get to experience this together! I feel so unbelievably blessed! ❤❤❤

My husband and I are ttc and after a couple of months of not having a cycle, I was desperate for help in getting it to start again. I found this video and started listening to it for about 5 days. TMI - this morning I woke up to some spotting. I'm 100% positive that adding this meditation to my health regimen was the last piece of the puzzle for me. Hmmm, someone else just commented about having a similar problem with another recording on this channel. Have you tried closing the app and reloading it? On iPhone that would mean double clicking the home button, then swiping up on the youtube app. Please let me know if that works so we can figure this out for others too.

I encourage you to use it as much as it feels helpful for you. There’s not solid formula. You can try daily and see how that feels for you. Keep listening inward and asking yourself “does this feel helpful?” Not sure which timing you’re asking about...listen any time of day and choose the recording that matches where you are in your cycle.
Honestly i would do this every night, draw a relaxing bath with salts and bubbles, light some scented candles, hook up your speaker to youtube, turn off the lights and take it all in.. Theres even longer vids on youtube so you can relax for atleast an hour.. Then climb into bed afterwards! best of luck!
