I would like to discuss few things with you 1. Had DNS , Crooked nose 2. CRS worsened during last 5-6 years 3. Underwent septorhinoplasty 2021 plus right FESS done 4. 2022 again 2episodes of sinusitis 5. Regularly on medical therapy 6. Left middle concha bullosa . OMS blockade. Right lamellar middle concha. 7. Constant symptoms blockade, poor sleep, headache. 8. Last 15days again sinuisits ( pansinusitis ). MSSA isolated. What's your opinion? For persistent CRS problem 1. Middle conchoplasty with FESS ( how likely is the success rate according to your experience over the years ) 2. *Do you prefer to reduce inferior turbinates along with FESS* ? ENS chances?

What exactly is Sinuzolax Miracle? How does this thing really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about this popular sinusitis treatment.

I am having mine down in the office with a local, also, when he sent the line down my nose to throat, could see the drainage just sitting there in my throat and discolored mucus.

Dr. does this surgery usually restore the sense of smell to normal or is it variable?

I am having FESS done for chronic sinusitis that has finally decided to never go away this time. Had ct scan, had gray in the left forehead lobe, ethmoid and left maxillary. Anti biotic use to take care of it, but for 5 years now, its been a constant battle even with rinses and Flonase. Any thoughts?

Same as me but I'm having s Septoplasty thrown in for fun. Have you had yours yet - my Dr told me pain won't be more than a 2 or 3.
