Fettuccine Alfredo pasta
Ingredients:
pasta 250gm
chicken 200gm strips cut
garlic chop 2tb.sp
mushrooms 8 pieces
butter 4tb.sp
oil 4tb.sp
thyme 1pinch
chicken powder 2t.sp
black pepper crushed 1/2 t.sp
cream 300gm
salt 1t.sp
white pepper 1t.sp
Method:
In a pan Add oil , garlic, butter, chicken, white and black pepper, salt, chicken powder, thyme, saute than add fresh cream, mushrooms and boiled pasta mix well on medium flame and it's ready.
