Going by the lyrics I assume Fabienne is taking on the role of Fenrir rather than Loki

Why do you assume Disney has the copyright claims on Nordic Sagas? Nobody can ever sue you for using Loki or any other figure from those ancient sagas.

Actually the song is about Fenrir, Loki's son, not Loki himself

Like other have have said, this s song about Fenrir, one of Lokes sons with a giantess. He's a huge wolf. He was causing some problems, so the gods decided to chain him, but they knew he was smart. So instead of a regular chain they had one of the master blacksmith dwarves make a magic chain that looked like a piece of string. But Fenris was still weary and wouldn't play the game, unless one of the gods put his hand in his mouth. Tyr was the only one brave enough to do it. When Fenrir realized that he's been tricked he bit of Tyrs hand. He was then chained to a rock until he came loose at Ragnarok where he kills Oden.

Doesn't make sense for Marvel and Disney to sue someone for using the name Lpki in any form as Loki is a mythological deity of the Norse pantheon. So in all fairness Disney and Marvel have no rights to those characters at all.

Nope. That lady in the image in the intro, that is not Fabienne. That's Johanna von der Vögelweide. Marvel/Disney have NOTHING to say about Loki whatsoever. They CAN NOT claim that name. Norse mythology is centuries older than Marvel/Disney and well established in the public domain. It would be like trying to copyright Jesus, Mohammed, or Buddah. It can not be done. The Marvel/Disney version of Norse Mythology is a travesty and an insult. If something like that was done to Christianity all hell would break loose.
