I can't stop spinning Live at Troxy, and then I find this. Thank you so much for publishing this footage. I deeply connect with this music and this performance: beautiful, brave, deviant and delicious!
Saw her in Brooklyn, NY.... it was one of the best shows I have ever attended... amazing performance. trippy and full of energy... everyone in the audience was dancing. it was dope!
First off, I would neverrrr complain about this video quality. I only wish I was there!! Second, I wish I gotten a chance to see you in NYC. It is my absolute dream to see you, Fever Ray, live!! Your music is epic. The first album “fever ray” is my all time favorite album. Plunge holds my favorite song ever “Red Trails”. I catch myself singing this song ALL THE TIME. Your two cds do not leave my 6 CD player in my car and I only dream to have more. I own the knife too but nothing is beating the freedom of fever ray. Seriously love your music!!!! (Danielle from USA ((maine)) loves You!!)
Such a great show!! I'll be honest. At the early days of the release of the album I apreciate the concept in general. The exploration of sexuality and all, but musically speaking i couldnt assimilate the new music aesthetic. Thank for this footage i could definitivelly comprehend profoundly the mesage that its express. And now i enjoy this new, like I used to enjoy the first album!! The songs have more energy and vibration, very sexual. Is very powerfull live. Perfect
Love Fever Ray so much - saw this at the Albert hall in Manchester, about six feet away. One of the creepiest, sexiest, amazing things I’ve ever seen. The singer in the blue outfit clearly shows the dangers of discarding those plastic six-pack rings on beer cans!
After being a fan for years they finally came to Australia literally a couple of days ago and went to both shows and I described it exactly the same way 😂best concert I’ve been to hands down. (Obviously it’s not this show as I’m posting this in 2024) and lols about the beer can thing 😂
Bruh it took her 8 years to release Plunge, she ain't gonna release a new album right off the bat. However, she is doing a remix of Features Creatures for Bjork's boxset release.
I went to this concert because of early albums... I am not too thrilled about her extreme liberal snowflake philosophy nowadays... I liked the old dark style
Well, they had to change to setlist to fit the schedules for some of the festivals, so yeah some songs had to be cut out. But yeah, Maryam's dancing in that performance is phenomenal
Keep the streets empty is a stroke of genius but if I'm honest I don't really understand the rest of what they do. But each to their own, obviously they're doing something right with the amount of people there.
When fever ray first appeared in 2009 in a solo album, that was the most important album for me, that year. And I waited and waited so many years in the hopes of a second one, only to find this new “persona”. I’m not getting into politics, as many would. I just think that this new version of her doesn’t have anything remotely as remarkable as her darker, older version. Tropical “When I grow up” is as deppressive as “smells like teen spirit” on samba
The 37persons who post "unlike" they never leaved an Fever Ray's experience... because when we are in the middle of her sound, we can't be indifferent. However, we cannot love her ART and the consecuence is... you lost all the feeling and meaning, and sens...
