Join and learn for at least 1 year then switch to the banking sector. U will get a hike after 1 year up to 20% to 30% . NBFC and banking sector have a huge difference.

@@himanshu7560 I have completed my PGDM in Marketing degree and the position they offered me was Assistant Manager - II, Dept. Retail Banking. Well thanks for responding to me anyway I have rejected that offer to be honest the HR team of ICICI are least bothered about there employees specially new joinees. I didn't get any call yet from the HR team since they have released my offer. My joining date also been passed but yet they don't even care about the new joinees, not even they made a single call to me asking the reason or why I didn't join on a particular date. To be honest it was very bad onboarding experience
