They took transfer to remote areas just to be away from some of mafia groups who have close links with some officials who use their seniority to pass loans through juniors. So in future if their is a problem the juniors would be caught because of their signature and not the seniors

A Simple advice : Each and every job required efforts. I had experience in armed forces, PSU, CGL, Railways, and banking. All the jobs have some pros and cons. Whatever you join after few months you will came to know about actual work culture. Think the time when you were unemployed and studied hard to get job. Now you have to take responsibility according to your post after getting job. It is your duty/ talent how to balance your life with hectic schedule/work. Try your best to get job ( permanent not contractual). If you can do better in any other field , you can switch your job any time. edit : Do not take life too serious.

Yes. It's true. But one major point missed, that you will be transferred anywhere in India and no excuses will be expected and family will never be settled with children taking the maximum brunt of this. Also u will be held accountable for customers mistakes too.

Rule no 1 and the last - if you have better option and more paying source leave the bank and do that. Iff not so dont overthink it is better then to be unemployed orr having low salary 🤞. There are so many people who are earning and having great life for themselves and for their family ❤️❤️❤️

@@virenagarwal5771 definitely but there are also so many other factors - 2 years of b.ed + tet1 + tet2 + waiting for vaccancy, getting your number in the merit list. If someone can wait that much and make it to the list so definitely you are right Government teacher is very good option ❤️

You will get real bankers and real banking work only in RBI with proper work life balance. Rest all bank po feels like they are doing SALES work . BANK PO is another respected name of SALES JOB and nothing else.

True!! We are only 2 officer in 60 cr branch and the manager just load you with work of both deposit and advance. I don't get enough time to talk with customers even for a minute and during review the DZM and ZM just think that I am not working. Just pathetic life.

very well said sister, being an (ENGINEER+ MBA), i joined PSU BANK as PO,got promoted to scale -2 in 2 years, worked more than 3 years, posted 2000 kms from home, got transferred 3-4 times in 3 years.. then i took my best decision of my life. RESIGNED from bank job(so called SARKARI JOB) , now earning double from bank salary..now into SHARE MARKET, happy life going..thanks to GOD..

Tried this but you will get posted in rural branch and you will be single clerk in most of the cases. They will force you to stay till 8 or 9 pm in few cases...

Sab ban jana Bank Po mat ban jana. Main LIC ADO ki post se resign karke yaha bank me po bana.bahut khus tha, train me ek AGM mila tha pnb me bola tha galati kar rhe ho lic chod ke or bank me aake. Aaj unka baat yaad aa raha hai, Yaha 4 log hai bus office me including manager. Chutti to milna matlab kidney mang liya manager se. Apni shadi ke liye bhi dosto ko bus 7 days ke leave mile. Work life balance hai hi nahi. Sirf work no life.

I left my bank job...and can't be happier with my decision ever before..though today i am jobless..but preparing for higher studies/state psc..and in my happy state of mind..all the above mentioned words told by mam is harsh truth..yes one can join banking for money only... though lesser than central govt job...is the only thing one can join for...even no one is supportive over there...only behaviourwise some are good and some are extremely arrogant..as if they are only working others are not.. management is not ready to here your problem whether you are facing any physical or emotional problems...they just want to have you clear your due work...which is a never ending issue..

Handling nonsense irritating customers, handling cash counter is another big problem where nobody cares about u....they just need their work to be done no matter how much fast u do.......if u r in gold loan....keep convincing the customer to buy insurance n RD's.....n yaa politics is like next level

I worked in ICICI BANK for 1year and HDFC BANK for 3 years, and trust me esa koi din nhi hota tha jab me resign krne ki nhi sochta tha tha. After 4 + years i finally resigned , within those 4 years mujhe bht se health issues huye because of that toxic env , work pressure , sales pressure , Govt bank wale to firsbi utna pressure nhi lete hai kuki unka management utna effectively kaam hee nhi krti hai so brach wale bhi utna pressure nhi lete hai thts why aap logo ne cutsomers ko hmesha gaali dete suna hoga govt bankers ko but pvt banks me naa chaatey huye bhi sb krna pdta hai kuki management bht strong hota hai , im not saying ki govt wale ko kaam nhi hota kaam bht jydaa hota hai dono sectors me , even though me to lunch bhi kbhi kar hee nhi paya hmesha branch close hone pr krta tha luch at 5pm fr uske baad baaki kaam nibtane pdte they till 8 pm , Now I feel so good now ki maine banking industry quit kr di, Thoda jydaa waqt lga pr finally chod di thats the worst sector to work.

Perfect eye opener video. Log salo tak preparation krte hai bank job ke liye. Ye soch ke life settle ho jaygi. But actual job lagta hai tab frustrate ho jaoge sala itne sal waste kiye woh bhi iss job ke liye. Aur abhi ki generation puri life ek hi bank main nai nikal sakti itna frustrated environment main.

If you have enough time (2-4years),Family Support , then ssc cgl is good option because there is no sales, targets and work pressure like PO or work in corporate and prepare alongwith it.

CGL is multitudes tougher than any Bank Exam. Vacancies are decreasing and competition is increasing. Plus salary and growth is less than Bank PO, for all posts

Mere papa bhi pnb me hai ab retired hone wale hai . Lekin aajtak ye sab pta nahi chala . Ghar pe aakar ekdam chill😂 kabhi nahi kaha ki bank ki job achhi nahi upar se ye kahte rahte hai ki ab bank me high qualification wale ladke select ho rahe hai indirectly ki tum bhi bank ki preparation karo. Pre Mains aur Interview apne dekha hi hoga. Questions to high IQ wale hote hai. Puzzle to aise dete hai ki Mains me bhag jaye aadmi. Mains DI kisi se banti nahi. Phir itna ganda Job profile kyo ? Itna tough exam qualify karke ye insurance agent wala kaam koi kyo karega? Humiliation hai ye to. Upar se senior harassment.

No work life balance .no time for family. Generally return from office during 7-8pm .posted 300km away from home . Work pressure is very high . Branch Head to esa mil chuka h k bs ek hi baat sochte hain pura din k iss branch se nikal jaye bs kisi trah kyunki iss se bura to koi nhi ho skta . Branch head ka kaam hota h upar ki management se deal krna or unse aane wala pressure staff tk na phunchne dena ya pressure km krke staff tk pahunche . But yaha to pressure ko double kr ke de diya jata h . Harsh reality.

People now-a-days have mentality that in govt. jobs there is no pressure and here is the problem, in every sector of jobs there is pressure everyone has there own problems. People need to change there way of thinking, if you think there is pressure in banking jobs then just join private jobs the salary there is very less . Jitna pressure bank ke 10 logo pe hota hai utna tho private ka ek Banda manage kar leta . Logo ko aaj kal kaam hi nahi karna 😂😂 esa expect karna galat hai ki govt matlab maje tho bhai berojgar hoke ghar pe betho pata chal jayega. Mental pressure is better than physical pressure, jo log dihadi karte hai unki life ko dekho khud ki life apne app achi lagne lagi. People prepare for exams for years , so that they dont have to face the same work culture of private jobs and if that expectation doesnt get fulfilled, what the point for preparing for so many years.

Agar aap po k lye opt kr rhe ho then its hard to leave the branch before 7. Because sometimes bohot si chije fas jati h like koi target us particular din ka complete nhi hua ya koi entry rh gyi.. So as a po you have to end the day.

Prepare for CGl with the Bank clerk because for Pos the transfers are very frequent and the office hours are long with no extra salary for overtime.

Guys it's good to be aware of the reality. But please accept the fact that you will not be happy in any job (if your happiness is dependent on the job). There is no perfect job. Bank, railway, corporate, govt jobs... You will find things wrong every where. So better make peace with it. Accept it and keep moving ahead.
