Necessary materials

Note:
Apricots should be kept in carbonated water in the refrigerator for 1 night, ie 12-15 hours.
After pouring the carbonated water of the apricots, it should be washed with water 2 times.
After the sugar of the sherbet starts to melt, it should be boiled for 15 minutes over medium heat.
After adding apricots to the sherbet, it should be boiled for 30 minutes over medium heat and lemon juice and apricot kernels should be added to it.
After adding lemon juice and apricot kernels, it should be boiled for another 10 minutes.
Do a jam consistency test. If it flows like honey, it's done. The fruits may vary according to the type, may be thickened earlier, or later thickened. Therefore, make sure to do a consistency test.
