This quick and easy avocado tomato salad impresses with its freshness and taste! You will love this dish and want to make it again and again. It's perfect for dinner or lunch. Recipe:
avocado
Cherry tomatoes
paprika
Cucumber
Spring onion
Pickled sweet corn
Sunflower oil - 220 g
Milk - 100 ml
Salt
Black pepper
Mustard
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Avocado bruschetta:
1 avocado
Eggs
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper

De-seed the avocado, peel it, cut it into cubes and put it in a bowl.
Cut the peppers of different colors into cubes and add them to the bowl.
Cut the cucumber into cubes and add it to the salad.
Finely chop the spring onion and add to the salad.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad.
Drain the liquid from the can with the corn and add it to the salad.
Let's make a sauce - put milk and sunflower oil in a glass and beat with a mixer.
Add salt, pepper, mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic and lemon juice and mix with the mixer.
Dress the salad with it and mix well.
Let's make avocado bruschetta to go with the salad!
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, drain and pour cold water over them.
While the eggs are cooking, cut the baguette and place it in a baking pan.
Mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper and spread on the bread, sprinkle with a mixture of dried herbs.
Bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, remove.
Cut the avocado into cubes and place in a bowl.
Peel the eggs, cut them into cubes and add them to the avocado.
Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise and mix well.
Pour onto the bread and spread evenly.
Place the salad on a plate and serve with the bruschetta.
