1 kg chicken wings.
Cover with water.
2 tablespoons baking powder.
Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 butter spoons.

5 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 tablespoon honey.
