As a musician myself I can tell you it's the smile of finally getting a recording that doesn't have silly mistakes XD. It's one of those weird things where we can play perfectly but the moment we hit the record button it's like we've never touched a guitar before lmao
As someone who once took up guitar, I can honestly say this makes me want to play again. It'd take me so long to get to where you are but it would be sooooo worth it to play even half as well as you do. Fantastic skill.
I feel you bro, I've gotten back into playing with some friends, watching this and I realise I've a mountain to climb. But it's worth it so you should pick it back up!
Really love this cover and I enjoy seeing that smile you have when playing guitar. Really seems like you're having fun and it's great! Love the energy!
GODS I keep coming back to this, it's actually UNBELIEVABLE how many techniques you cram into such a short time and at such a high, clean level. I feel like this one short cover has like... Half of the total techniques that exist, at all, in heavy metal guitar playing. There's like four or five different kinds of muting, really nice wammy usage, using wammy while strumming, harmonics, tapping, SO many different ways to use bending and slides, and all with so much improvisation in a ton of different scales. It's actually just like, actual bliss to watch, I haven't played guitar in about a decade and it still blows my mind watching this every time.
This is soooooooo good. Not only is it one of the greatest dance jams of all time but you ascended into truly rocking out to it. Putting all Bards to shame. You give Double Dream Hands a new meaning :D
I love this with every fiber of my being but also hate with every fiber of my being how effortless you made those sweeps look, ive practiced for nearly a decade and still struggling on sweeps
