FFBE Testing Wilhelm Overdrive and how its works 

- charge per unit per turn, even doing 3T is count as 1
- charge is not count in the same turn when casting the OD skill
- stack with buff with D in the front of buff (400 from celeste and 300 from OD)
- the buff start after the animation
- using OD not consume wilhelm turn
- wilhelm LB is EN chain
