Fforest Fawr Cycle Ride - Wales 

A cycle ride to Fforest Fawr in South Wales. We cycle along the Church Village cycle trail to get over to the Taff Valley and then along the Taff Trail to get over to the forest.
The forest has a number of visiting points including The Three Bears Caves, Blue Water mine, sculptures and a castle.
This was a bit of a last minute film. With bad weather one week and then train strikes another week it was getting difficult to stick to my planned rides.
I hope you enjoy this one. I can recommend the forest as it's peaceful and full of wild life. It's a bit steep to get up to the main trails in the forest, at least from the west edge of the hill.
