Wandering Flame is great in all forms, remixes, covers, all of it but it's one of those tracks I can't imagine playing anywhere but FFX. The main scene that comes to mind is Tidus getting angry with Auron, "You tell me it's my decision! But I don't have a choice do I!? I have to go with you! I have to! I have to!" The music just fits so well with Tidus's confusion, and although it comes out as anger or frustration he's really just sad and afraid, for me there's no other character who fits a track quite as well as Tidus does with Wandering Flame. To add to that I think what Tidus goes through is an experience anyone can empathise with, he's not my favourite Final Fantasy character but damn if he's not well written, he's simple but easy to understand, it doesn't have to be Shakespearean to be effective.
