There's the Legendary 4th Mudra is on the elemental red fire part of Tenri Jindo too I think. Also, I thought Zesho Meppo might've been a Dojutsu or Mangekyo Sharingan.

So here's what I've noticed about the way Higi works: It seems like it's a oneoff ability which creates a Ninki crunch you're going to have to carefully navigate for the most damage: Mug/Dokumori is going to grant you 40 Ninki and Higi. Meisui grants you 50 Ninki. So you're going to have about 10 Ninki to play around with under mug b/c you won't want to dump the Zesho before you get to TCJ (550 pot vs 700 pot). I like the change and I like the ability to get more damage via correct play but it is gonna be pretty tight about the sequence of actions you'll need to do and you'll need to basically zero out your Ninki on any 2 min that doesn't have Bunshin. If you end up using a Raiju, Phantom, or Aoelian Edge b/c things fell out of sync or you have to move for mechs you could easily overcap or have to dump the Zesho early. I think potency wise this ends up being a neutral move (Boosted Bava from Meisui will hit for the same 150 bonus the Zesho would have gotten) but obviously you're gonna have less gain from a DirCrit 700 pot Zesho.

1,000 potency attack on ninja will do somewhere between 87,000~100,000 ish damage on crit. Seeing as currently Hyosho Ranryu is 1,300 +50% Kattsu damage and other buffs I have seen it hit 140k+ but I am not a ninja main and don't really monitor my damage output

Also in this video you can see a none crit hyosho do like 87k so maybe 1,000 potency is more like 75kish damage

Battle damage formula are refreshed every new expac, as well as stats ratio and cap. You still are going to do a lot of damage tho

I just woke up, just watching vid, doing some brainstorming. Do you think we would armor crush under bushin in the opener, get 4 gauge instead of 2?. I've also been screaming for aoe trick back in the Bozja days.

@@nanox4825 You should go for it. We used to be sub par dps wise because of our buff...they lowered our oarty buff and we do big numbers now. Fair warning, its VERY bursty. Which is fun. BUT dont mess up your opportunity window. Mistakes will cost you a lot. Because between phase our dps is ok, even low compared to other jobs. But we catch up in our dps phase/crit window. Aslo right now we NEED to keep our self buff up(attack speed). It doesnt sound like a hard thing to do, but we are very busy. Its eaay to forget/lose track of timer. That change alone is a very big thing.

@@celuiquipeut6527 NIN was actually my last dps job to level to 90 (except BLU). As my life is busy I went ahead and got a booster on sale. Didn't have time to level from 60. I recently hit 90 and I gotta say, it is a fun dps job. Not sure if I'm still in the 'honeymoon' phase or if it will continue being a favorite of the melee dps.

@@nanox4825 I leveled up all other melee job. And Nin has been my higest dps on normal mobs aoe. No other job compares. I alao LOVE the faster movement speed and kutchiki?(our teleport). Bo other melee feels like it. And when i have equal gear, usually inly Samurai out dps me, but in single target. Monk looks cool on paper, but is a bit too complicated for what it does. And you loose all range potential when you have to disengage. I dont like it. I will 100% dps dragoon as my 3nd main dps (i have 2 set of main jobs. Lol i have tank/heal/melee/caster rooster #1 and #2). Dragoon changes are incredible this xpac and its always have been the coolest looking job imo. I am so exited for it!!

I thought nin to be really disappointing personally. All the stylish new animations are locked behind the 120s window where you wont even be able to see them cause youre already animation cancelling 20 skills into each other. They may aswell not be there, no one would be able to tell the difference. The aoe trick upgrade is the only real winner for me and they should totally put the upgraded bhava/hellfrog with it, not mug

Just to be clear, on Kunai's Bane it DOESN'T have the 10% debuff on all nearby enemies yeah? That only applies to your actual target, it does the AOE damage but not an AOE debuff as I read it. In FF14 tooltips "target" is distinct from "all nearby" or "all remaining".

It applies the 10% debuff on the target (in this case, all remaining enemies, so every mob you hit). Doesn't matter what the wording is, your target is multiple mobs since it's an aoe ability.

@@jozkuz5674 But that's what I'm saying, in FF14 "target" usually means the mob that you have selected, not the mobs surrounding it. EX: the target is the centre point that determines where the AOE extends from. I mean I would love to be wrong but the tooltip "might" be misleading, look forward to testing to confirm in game.The game is filled with skills that say X damage to "target" and 60% to all surrounding enemies, same deal possibly.
