I'm no in-depth analysis myself but I play on the rule that as long as the Servant has been established to be the support for a party comp at the point of their release, I'd roll for them. Who knows when the dev would roll out interludes and strengthening quests and change how party comps function. Plus I remember reading somewhere that in jp year 9, the devs teased about boosting quick comps so might as well grab any support Servants as I can.
The great gameplay she offers is just a very nice bonus. Her beautiful design (ESPECIALLY her green bikini, with or without the sweater and glasses) and her playful yet wise "auntie" personality and character are my reasons to roll for her.
Tbh she is a color support, and even pulls triple duty as a buster crit support and a looper if you really want to, and even enables Yui for all quick servants. Unless you are one of those obnoxious "quick bad muh arts and bustu" people or you simply prefer Ibuki or Female Merlin and you need to compromise (good luck btw), I dont see a lot of people that would skip for her willfully
I mean I am skipping cause I don't have any Quick units. I mean all I got is Rider Kintoki and Ishtar all the rest are NP1 and not worth it. Tho I could use her for the Buster crit.

Skadi is just so pretty. Also it’s a no brainer for me to prioritise this banner over anything else, considering Skadi is one of my favourite servants and most of my favourite servants are quick as well.
I can say she is not a must for everyone, but she is definitely a must for me since I personally like Skadi and the entire Quick system, despite its flaws.
Since most of my favourites are quick servants i really need Summer Skadi, also because I lack original skadi And no, despite me taking him to 120, i will never delude mysself into thinking Alex is a real quick support
For those going for her as a main looper. Carren exists and is better higher charge and np damage boosted. Get s skadi for an extra quick pump for your real spammer to get that triple skadi action
Maybe, but tbh, not everyone gets to pull a lot, so wanting Np2+ Skadi for her to pull douboe duty if necessary seems more worthwhile than trying to pull fot Karen....not to mention anti chaotic is not the same as anti lawful Hell, is the reason those obnoxious farmbots shill Ibuki all that much. The guy you are responding is obviously going to pull for Skadi Summer, but if you already have her as a possible looper ruler, going for Caren is both unnecesary unless you like her and is overall more expensive than simply getting Skadi at np2 Why would you go dot Caren ar all?
Fun fact: the double Quick, double Buster deck that Summer Skadi loves to play with, is THE MOST COMMON deck for units with a Quick NP. If my math is right ( witch it might not be ), than out of the 99 Quick units in the game, 34 of them have the optimal deck for her.

She's probably my summer target for this year. I like quick servants plenty even if I do use other types too. Will grab Summer Skadi and then focus on next year.
I know when she only just came out, a lot of people had doubts on her, since she was basically Caster Skadi Pro Max😂. But the more I use her the more I like her, using triple Skadi to farm seems like a meme but it actually works and it’s fun to use. And the NP gauge -1 effect on her NP saved me so many times in event challenges and stuff. I didn’t really level my Merlin’s skills (I’m sorry) so often I just use Skadi for that Buster crit up😂
I think it's cause she's the least memorable one of them all, she isn't a welfare and she isn't a 5 star and she doesn't do something unique/niche or works amazingly in specific teams. She's just a really average dps which there's plenty of in the game.
I remember when I was saying how such a smart design it was Crit buster on summer skadi and ppl were treating me like a nutcase haha... so sad =(.... but yeah recognizing how Skadi's skill is an improvement to Quick Servants in general is hard unless you played it a lot.
She is a 100% must pull for me. Voyager is my favorite servant (NP6 / Lv. 120) And I even finished the OG Skadi to NP5 / Lv. 100 at the last Xmas rate up, just out of appreciation because she has really grown on me after all this time.
Scathach's the first 5-star Servant I got when I returned to playing again after losing access to my first account. At this point, it feels like an obligation to roll for her, and yes, I do want to get her.
My two main targets this summer are Summer Wu and Ibuki (Erice I want to but will most likely get her with Ibuki) so if I do end up getting Skoodie then I will not look a gift horse in the mouth.
I was originally gonna try splitting my SQ among the S. Ibuki/S. Skadi banners, but earlier this year I managed to get my Scathach to NP5, and with the buff she has coming down the line, I now consider both servants on this banner to be must summons, so I'm probably gonna have to prioritize this banner.
I thik ots kind of funny how we have dioscuri for quick-arts and trung sisters for buster-arts but we don't have a quick-bisted unit that summer skadi could be really good with.
I absolutely want her. Support units are a thing that I want to have, and Summer Skadi is likely my last chance to get a decent Quick support in my roster.
I'm rolling for Summer Skadi, mainly because I don't have any quick support. Been saving for a good while... Fortunately as of today I have enough SQ and tickets to hit pity so regardless of what happens I'll have leftovers after that banner.
I was going to try for lady Avalon, but I think I will go for Skadi, right now I use plug out castoria, double van gogh koyanskaya of dark, but ruler Skadi will be a better plug out servant
I'm probably going to skip summer skadi for 2 simple reasons : I have just 2 aoe quick and still not have Kama which could motivated me to get her and it's not like I never pulled quick or skadi I did and the only one I got is molay
If I wanna go for np5 rikyu would summer skadi be enough for her to loop? Or should I try my luck in the upcoming gssr? (Castoria, Koyan and Oberon is all the major support I have)
if you can afford it than having og Skadi and Oberon is certainly advisable for better damage output. if you just want to do casual 90 farming and do not care about 90+ or 90++ than you don't even need np5 Rikyu.
You can also consider using Douman + S. Skadi + Rikyu for mix NP/crit teams for 90+ nodes as Douman can provide substantial crit buffs to Rikyu and to a lesser extent to S. Skadi (Chaotic-Summer) so everyone on the team can crit.
I mean, a favorite of yours is bound to be quick eventually, and Skadi summer beneficts buster as much as it does quick for criting. The only one it doesnt beneficts is Arts, that is the card equivalent of a fat rich bastard Having all the colored supports is good on itself

Well what do you need or want as main? It's pretty much saying "quick arts or buster". Personally I'd say SIbuki as xuu fuu comes free and castoria comes back giving you the ultimate arts set up for most If not all farming nodes Skadi if you have base skadi for your quick until to crush the game. Arc for novelty. She isn't that strong but can loop without kscope
I'm actually skipping all of the summer banners except Summer Skadi. It's blasphemy for a Raita simp like me to skip Summer Ibuki, but my gut feeling is that I'm going to blow a hell lot of my SQ on Arcueid... I doubt I have any savings left for the other summer units ^.^
I feel like forced to pull for her, i got caren np 2 dantes np 2, kama, echan, jack, sei shonagon, skadi lancer and got charles while going for kriem and i dont have skadi caster because karna spooked me on the first banner and i didnt want to roll again for her because of castoria and when going for castor i got spooked twice by odyseus, I MIGHT BE CURSED 🥴🥴🥴🥴💀💀💀
I hope I get her, I didn’t save because I didn’t want to since it’s much more tantalizing to roll if you risk losing her, but she looks so fun to use and quick has always been my favorite card type.
Cuurently in my NA account my only good supports are merlin, waver, tamamo, oberon and Koyan which means I only really have buster and generic supports. Castoria refusesto come home. I have good quick units so skadi seems like a no brainer even though i really want Arc (use her all the time in jp)
I already have Arcueid in JP but rarely use her even if I have the correct supports, but Skadi is way more useful overall so I'm thinking of skipping Arcueid and save for skadi instead. I couldn't get her two times already and I really regret that.
