Can't really see how that would fix Quick, considering that their issue is low NP gain compared to Arts and lack of survivability on the main supports (and lack of supports in general, goddamnit Lasagna, let Skadi rest).
Quick needs so much rn. A cooldown support, a stall support, something to fix np gain issues, low rarity supports (unless you count alex), skadi buffs, there's just so much that they need
I think quick needs some type of new mechanic that has to do with star (Or even something similar to Calamity Jane or Kulkulkan). Where it’s like you can use additional stars when activating the skill to give more effects. Since for quick teams you’ll always have way more than enough stars and it would be nice if there was a support that can turn those stars into more NP charge or damage up.
@@abrawolf there can be a unit that gives a buff(called something like star explorer) that gives a buff or even battery every 10 stars up to 50 stars and that’s the buff extension one,and then repeat from 60 to 99 stars
Seems bonding with a literal beast god has its own benefits. Her profile for her 3rd ascension states Baobhan has regained her Tam Lin title, not out of necessity like in the past, but of her own volition, for Cernunnos, for Chaldea and PHH, but above all else, for herself.
Apparently that's PHH Cernunnos in her NP and animations, because he's alive for us. Wouldn't be surprised if he's just acting like a goofy dad playing along with Sith pretending to be his priestess, annihilating anything that makes her sad included lol.

She sure is packing a lot for a 4*. A Duration Extender which I've been wanting for at least 2-3 years, a 2 Turn Charge Down, Buff Remover, Combo her NP with her S1 and your team gets a 70% Defense Up and during AoE Bosses, the team can theoretically gets a semi permanent 10-30% Crit Damage Boost (Not including Passives and Actives). Of course, added bonus that she can farm and also has Trifecta Buffs. Really the only downsides she has is that Kumonryu Eliza deals higher damage than her courtesy of NP5, but that's just nitpicking since Liz can only farm with Double Oberon and doesn't packing as much Supports, Longevity and Utility as she does. 10/10 for me
Guess there's prolly going to be a servant that extends colour buffs later on. Maybe even just all buffs But that's just speculation on my part since this is a new mechanic. Let's see how they handle it
When I first saw her kit I was like she’s the real ssr. And that was before atlas clarified the passives and trusts. Can’t wait to roll in two years. Gonna go for np 5 since I liked her in lb 6 so much
Her having an AOE np is unironically a nerf, and a massive one at that, since her greatest strength is either support/solo, but I'll still roll for her in the future for that soloing potential that she has.
My only problem with her stall team is that Tamamo (or whoever else you are using for the CD reduction) is not getting the healing from the Bobs, and also no one in the team can cleanse debuffs which can sometimes be very relevant But she's still really good, really fun, really cute, and I really can't wait to get her
love both her design and gameplay, cant wait for her on NA. some said that she wasn't that good or innovative so its always a relief to hear your hottake bc its clear that you know what you're talking about👍
This summer just proved how much people are more fascinated by utility, we already have a lot of dps anyways. Baobhans kit is honest pretty nice and it's very good at what it does. Unrelated but if they could make a new game mode so the game doesn't mainly revolve around farming it would be nice tbh.
My only nitpick is the unchanging NP no matter the ascension, if only because i really like the second one Even if due to the way her passives work the one that you should use most of the time will be the 3rd one (legit there is no gameplay reason to not use the 3rd one)
It's technically better to use the first two ascensions every time you're not fighting Man enemies, but the 2% additional NP gain is so miniscule it's not really worth the switch.
I love Sith, and I legit think she was originally intended to be the SSR when they made her kit but some higher up was like "Melusine is more popular, she's the 5 star"
I used her for the summer challenge quest despite the class disadvantage and it worked really really slowly grinding my enemy down and I was using a 1/1/1 Merlin or a 10/10/10 proto Merlin so she’s pretty good
I dont see baobahn's np gauge drain to be in any way shape or form inferior np seal, especially when the last 3 bosses i fought were immune to np seal. It also Synnergises really well with hard defense skills because most of them are on 6-7 turn cooldowns meaning buying your team 2 turns can be the difference between having say merlin invil active and having to face tank an np
She's definitely the price of her banner, along with Barghest to some extent, not Melusine. It's almost like Kuro, the limited 4 stars this summer are much more impressive than both 5 stars, because they actually do something different and bring something new to the game, and that's way more valuable to have than just getting another generic AOE/ST farmer or boss killer in an already oversaturated field. The 4 stars managed to stand out, while both 5 stars are mostly just repackaged old stuffs. And yeah, she's absolutely a 5 star in disguise. Reading her kit reminds me of reading Endymion in Yugioh, due to an entire novel worth of texts she has. It's unreasonable for a single character to have that many effects in the kit, even for an SSR, let alone an SR. Even if most of that is only valuable for CQ, stall or solo, that's still a lot of stuff, she's just so stacked and loaded.
Man i didnt like sith lb6 design dat much but her summer is jus smth else. Want her more than melusine which i never knew id be sayin. Jus gotta wait 2 yrs now lol
My first impression on melusine for what's it's worth is that she is a generic looper. She is good at it, but that's it, I mean he crits are strong too I guess
From how I see it Summer Baobhan is literally the one release fix is Tamamo Caster. Like just with her alone we can literally make an immortal team lol
I feel conflicted about this Servant. I like her kit and what she can do,I already imagine the funny comps she can enable with some of my favourite units (Hans,Merlin or Johanna) but I never being a fan of her character. If I get her I'll definitely try her.
@@alexstar9871 yes shes chiller and much closer to her Original Personality,One of her deeds is that she finds PHH cernunnos in the forest when she arrived at the place where the summer event is held,seeing Cernunnos in a terrible shape after it had a somesort of grudge that Is Making Him Sick,Sith Helped Him by becoming His Priestess. She also Helped out Calming Moenunnos After It woke up,Because she doesnt want Moenunnos to be viewed as a Monster by everyone,she decided to Take the blame to herself while also finding a way to Calm dowm moenunnos
Hearing you say everything out loud, I'm struck by how many servants she straight up dumpsters. Her NP alone is basically all of Nightingale's kit. Should have been Summer Nightingale smh.
I do really want her but I have no interest whatsoever in Melusine and am holding out for summer Skadi, and if I get her will be trying again for summer Castoria
A lot of 4* are SSR in disguise , even some 3* , not downplaying my girl , but more like the title cause being a ssr doesnt mean you are better than a sr

@@N120Xeno does it work like that? Because i thought it was like the first 50 is applied to the total atk and the second 50 to the already lowered atk making it a net 75% or something like that
@@nyxnight1545 buffs and debuffs that are the same are additive. If you have two of the same buffs, both 50% increase, they’ll add up to a 100% increase
