I love ours! It’s definitely not brilliantly efficient but we’ve averaged over 25,000 miles 4.1 miles per KWh. It just makes you smile each time it’s driven…
I spend many hours on the road making medical house calls . The car is indeed my second home . I enjoyed and used a Mini ONE , but due to space considerations and back pain 3 years ago I bought a second hand i3 2017 94Ah/33KWh with Range extender .Low milage and loaded with options . I26000 problem free Km later, I feel it was the right decision and will never go back to a ICE. In addition the i3 is fun, zippy and a relaxing driving experience not to mention comfortable (back pain gone ) and spacious . I also love the one pedal driving experience and the regen . The i3 in many ways was indeed as groundbreaking as TESLA.... Its now an affordable quality entry option into the EV world.. P.S.. great topics and vids .. just subscribed
Fiat looks like a great city (or second family) car, there are lots of houses with small front gardens where the Fiat 500 will squeeze on for charging.
How much wind noise / turbulence do you think there’ll be driving around town with the roof down? (Appreciate that you would not have wanted to test that on a chilly afternoon in January). Looks like a great car to drive along the coast on a sunny day!
Hi Martin, I have an i3rex which I love to bits but must say the fiat is very pleasing on the eye shame about the rear space though mine only lacks a heat pump but I can live without one.

Will this be available in the US? I have owned several convertibles. I love convertibles and have been waiting for someone to come out with one. Hoping they add a frunk to it since space is so limited in convertibles.
The honest answer is most likely not. And we are afraid a frunk is also unlikely, as the 500 is a FWD car with the motor and respective power electronics under the bonnet.
