Sadly the 2012 sport dent have any go these, I have the Bose sound system and I took the sub took up the space where the cubby goes, and the top of my glove box is smooth, rip North America, these looked really cool
@@BrateTebra123 i don't have sure about 2018 fiat 500, but i believe be another platform, also the glove compartment is different, just looking to know
@@Nardin87 Hell yeah! Almost had to go out into the snow to check for these in my 500 Pop, but thankfully your comment saved me from having to bare the cold outside, thanks haha!
I have a 2008 500 that I bought my wife in Italy...I’m not sure what year they started to doing this. But when I do the 2din radio swap this weekend I’m certainly gonna check for this!
JL Denis I have a 2012 fiat 500 sport and it has a secret compartment on the front of the passenger seat. I didn’t notice it until I dropped something under the seat and the mechanism to open it isn’t obvious. Maybe yours is the same?
Thomas Pleasants Thomas Pleasants not of it's A US spec Abarth bro... the older Euro 500's don't have glove compartments like American cars do.. you can see in the video that there's a cubby like space where our more convenient and larger space for storage is..IMO
The one in glove box is most likely for putting car manual, or stuff like registration and insurance. Which is exactly what I'll now be using mine for. And the passenger seat one looks like it was most likely made to hold a number of useful things such as rags for spills/checking oil, and or a couple tools even. Just depends how big that space is, I can't 100% confirm from video alone. But when I go out and check my car later, I'll maybe remember to edit this comment to add what I find out; Because at least from the video it looks like the passenger seat one would be PERFECT for my 1911 9mm! Right now my holster actually clips to a bar under my driver's seat in what is almost the perfect position to both conceal it enough that it isn't in plain sight, but then still be within a comfortable reach so it's not just an expensive way to add a little weight to my car, haha! Even if no one reads this, I still had to leave a comment... To just say those compartments are useless unless you're a drug dealer; Well that just shows plain out how simple minded you must be if you couldn't almost immediately think of at least one use that Fiat ACTUALLY would have intended for these compartments... Because I'll happily burst your bubble to say that I'm about 100% sure Fiat didn't design either compartment with any thought even close to being about making a drug stash spot... Lastly: Anyone who WASN'T sarcastic/joking when suggesting either of those being a good stash spot, or if they do actually stash drugs there... You practically deserve the ticket you will inevitably get the first time you get pulled over, and your car gets searched by a cop with the slightest amount of competence, because it'll be one of the first few places they search.... especially if a dog alerts them on your seat or the glove box... Rant over, haha!
