Yeah, I can corroborate you! Mine when it was 62x63,5 (767cc) with 145/70 r12, top speed was around 130 km/h! Now with 63x63,5 (792cc) and 155/80 r12 was about 110 km/h in the tacho, but pistons were put in wrong side and loss lot of power (with head problemas also) :(... Maybe next year I'll do another test (is on rebuild on my PugaTuerka's youtube channel if you want to see it :) )
