This is a simple guide on how to fit the soft top side covers on the barchetta.
The procedure is created in order to fit on the car the new improved soft top side covers but you can use it to fit the original older parts too.

For the fitting you will need:
-a soft cloth
-a silicone spray or thin grease
-a "allen" key 3mm
-a straight screwdriver
Easy Steps to fit the covers:
1. Open the soft top, the door and leave the cover open.
2. Remove the rubber near the cover.
3. Remove the old cover (if it is still there)
4. Lubricate all connections on the car (bar and spring) and on the new cover.
5. Press the cover straight to fit the bar into the slot
**ATTENTION** Press it till you hear "clik" both sides on the cover.
The bar should go all the way in the slot till the bottom or afterwards the softo top will break the cover.
6. Fit the two small edges of the spring in the small holes on the cover.
7. Put the rubber back in place.
and repeat the procedure to the other side.
