Hi Doctor, i have this issue and i think it is due to stress. And i have pain only on the left side of my body. I had low vitamin D as well. I took treatment and i was fine. Now again the pain has gone really bad. And as I have noticed, the pain is high only in cold weather. Please help me.

Hii what chiropractor done to you how you imporved please tell what is the role of chiropractor

@@Zoha172 chiropractor role is basically is postural correction/bones adjustment. Before treatment I was not able to sit for long on chair as there was lot of discomfort in my upper back and pinching in my chest part. I used to have lot of stiffness in my chest and neck region. Sometimes I used to get panic attacks. My posture looked like neck protruding forward and rounded shoulders. Now my neck is aligned with my body, rounded shoulders better than before, pinching pain almost gone, very minimal stiffness and my anxiety levels are all time down with no panic attacks as of now, leading to a normal life without any medications. Actually alone chiropractor does not work.Chiropractor+physiotherapist+healthy diet+exercise(for muscle strengthening) worked for me.

@@peerbasha2280 I was suffering from similar symptomsfrom past 2-3 years as mentioned in the video. I tried range of medicines like dsr(for digestion), nexito and amiulphuride(for anxiety and panic attacks and muscle twitching), zerodol th(for body pain, stiffness in neck and chest, clicking shoulders), levocetrizine, albendazole etc. I started having health anxiety and it was creating a very bad loop in my life. Doctor adviced me to have mri scan to rule out condition like fibromyalgia but I did not opt for it as I was fed up of medicines and other tests that I had in the past(nothing significant came out). I finally decided my last hope to go to chiropractor and physiotherapist which fortunately helped me a lot. Physiotherapist released the stiffness and lumps in my neck, chest and back muscles and I found relief and chiropractor corrected my posture. I found out that main reasons of having all the symptoms were-: lactose intolerance/food allergies, bad posture, lack of exercise(mainly), excess stress, junk food. Now I am regularly doing walking and stretching exercise from youtube videos(full body), avoiding milk and milk products(except curd), taking 8 hours+ sleep, healthy diet. I have improved 80-90 percent now.
