FIBROMYALGIA DIAGNOSIS STORYTIME 

My rheumatologist suspects I have fibromyalgia too. I can relate to most of your symptoms after your initial viral infections. Guilt inducing mood swings over no reason, spider crawly legs in pants (I thought this was normal too leg leg hair rubbing against clothes or something). I can't keep up with conversations, constant fatigue that can't be alleviated by sleep, unexplainable depression and sadness despite a decent life and positive mentality. I often feel like I have an aura of pain, in addition to painful joints and muscles, to which doctors often say there are no issues. Tests all come back negative. People around me think I'm lazy or uninterested with being present, but I'm just really tired. My memory and cognitive abilities have become atrocious--i couldn't calculate 10% of 200,000, which should have just been 1 less 0. I am trying out low dose duloxetine and keeping up with exercises in moderation --making sure I don't over exert myself. Boosting muscle energy is supposed to help fibro patients. I hope you figure out your treatment and start feeling better soon.
