Im differently getting one i dont play with my gas cars as much because of they starting processes . Some people that are impaired ans can't pull the string will love this
To answer some questions no there is no loss of power or drag on engine engagement there are bearings that allow for full slip of belt to put it simply if you rotate it manually with your hand that's how much it will rotate while engaged ... but that's @ full engine RPM sort of floating enough to where it can be held still while running... And yes thank's it will fit our 1/5 Rovans Baja 5B cars and trucks ( Compatible ) but you will need to make room for additional electronics
Hello, well, you can do a tutorial on how to assemble the hydraulic brakes on the fid rancing on the 4 wheels. I'm having trouble mounting the product and it did not come with an installation manual.
Hey :) We can't tell you exactly because we don't have or don't know this engine. But purely from a visual point of view, we would say no. The starter looks significantly smaller than the one installed on our cars.
joe brown well first of all this is not my video. and there must be a glitch in youtube. because i hear someone translating the video into English the whole video. and i dont hear any music at all
Is there any sort of clutch or ratcheting function that allows the engine to run without rotating the starter motor? To put it another way: Does this starter disconnect from the engine after use or does it stay connected and continue to leach power from engine and cause wear on the starter?
There is a one way bearing inside so you will not have to disconnect the starter unit. The one way bearing is running so soft that you will not loose some power of the engine.
RC-Car-Shop Hobbythek Just in case you want a tip for translation I suggest you use the word smooth instead of soft and change "loose some power" to "loose much power".
3 channel you need one aux channel meaning one channel for throttle one for steering and one for your remote start that's the third channel aux hope this helps
Look it's pretty cool for those young kids,,or for those in a wheelchair such as myself, but for anyone that's really hard core racing,it's just too much added weight..Now if you have some crazy engine that's way over powered, the extra weight won't matter, and it may even help some,lol..either way it was a nice try, just not for racers...why do you need a remote kill switch ? Everyone should already have one, that only weights about 1oz,and you can always just drive it to yourself, and reach down, and turn it off...
The extra weight is not necessary. This is a hobby. What kind of lazy sloth would buy this. Guy needs to cut his nails. Those are not the hands of a hard working man!!
$210.00 For this ?? The motor and ESC that i used being brushless can be bough for 50$ or less and the rest of the 150$ for the belts and gears ??? I'll be using my Pull starter No thank you.
This thing is way too big, way too heavy and just ridiculously over the top, we're all trying to make our cars lighter, not twice the weight! Good idea but way too much extra crap to be adding just because your too lazy to pull a pull cord to start your Baja!
