Great video I have that easy pull start seating on my parts vin. I do not like the pull start that came with my Zenoah G290RC and never thought of just changing the pull start and swapping the old flywheel. I can’t wait to do this tomorrow I love the feel of the easy pull start feels very responsive. Thumbs up for you boss. Thank you!

I got the "Easy Start" Pull Starter kit but I cant screw in my flywheel crawl nut it wont even let me start to thread it on any help would be very helpful thanks inadvance

Hey bro I really need some help I got a Baja 5 b 29 cc about a month ago it now has a rattle in the engine when I pull the cord any ideas pls ?

Maybe you should check the ignition coil..it could be loose or you fly wheel fin broken. Better open it and dont continu to play. It will cause more damage. You have to open engine casing cover to see the ignition coil and flywheel.

I'm pretty sure the rattle sound comes from the bottom of the engine I don't think it's gonna be a easy fix

Im using 32cc Rovan, and my friend using 29cc, so 30.5cc should still can use this too.

Search recoiling pullstart, there's a lot of vids on how to do it , takes a few minutes.

@@yairc Yep. Launched mine across the garage. Inferior materials. Just ordered one of these upgrades. Hope this works , otherwise the baja won't be worth keeping.

Internally it is cheap made, plastic catch easily rip by the metal flywheel. Need to use the one with metal catch.

It takes 2 mins to rewind the original starters. You're wasting money & time . Learn to rewind them.

Done that, when you use 32cc and above engine the normal starter wore down quickly. I am done with rewinding it during bashing session. Now after the upgrade, i have less pull starter down time while bashing. I could say i less worrying bout the starter now then before. Just my experience. Thanks for your comment.

If the original is anything like mine on the km001 it's a complete POS and not fit for purpose. First one lasted 2 days, second lasted literally 5 minutes. Life's too short for fannying about with recoil starters made from cheese.

I guess mines original hpi & it's strong enough to have only failed once from dirt making it stick. When u recoil it make sure u loop it several times on the final rope coil wind & it'll give it more response. Or use a replacement Zenoah brand $20-30.
