Thank you so much for this channel, your concise, practical and easy to understand videos are proving very helpful as I work on my FT game. I do have a problem with standing because my chest is so large (136cm) that I can't obtain that desired elbow to hipbone placement and have to rely on too much muscle to hold my position. As always enjoyed your content.

Thanks. Abdominal breathing. and keep breathing until like 6 or 8 seconds before realease the shot. Other than that, plenty exercise and avoid sugar on competition days. ;)
Excelentes tus videos. Me llamo Alfredo. Me encanta el FT hace 1año empecé y he aprendido más de balística, trayectoria, óptica etc que en mis 52 años. Soy diestro y mido 1,94mts. Algunas dudas sobre esta posición: en los tiros hacia arriba o abajo lo único que cambia sería el agarre sobre el hámster y la posición de la mano? O El hámster se debe levantar para tirar hacia arriba? El codo derecho debería tocar el tórax? Mil gracias, un abrazo desde Uruguay 👍
Para arriba: Subir rabera, bajar hamster. Mantener la misma posicion. Para bajar el inverso. El codo de la mano del disparador... no tiene porque tocar torax. Relajado y ya. Gracias por assistir. Si puedes compartir en tus redes sociales te lo agradecería. Un saludo.

Luis, great information just wondering sometimes when placing the elbow over the hip you are actually holding in that position would it be a good idea to slightly lean back so that the elbow sits right on the hip, I have tried this out at the rangers when standing and it seems to work fine / just wondering your thought on that ploy Cheers Happy New Year my friend 🍻😊👍
