Hello Sir, I very much enjoyed watching your video and you showed great skill, enthusiasm, initiative and downright bare faced guts, lol! I think God created those Air Arms TX200 gunstocks. They are the most beautiful creations known to man, though I love your never say die attitude. My gunstock goes to the same perfect place everytime I shoulder it so I dont require an adjustable cheekpiece on that air rifle. However, you and your ideas have inspired me to attempt installing a cheek piece on my own made gun stock. You are one on your own in your ability and sheer drive to acomplish anything you so desire. I feel a positive energy around you and say, Sir, very we done! Congratulations!!
Excellent job. Btw thats a handy hand saw. It saws all directions? (I come from a metal working background.) Never have seen such "sawing wire". Or whatever its called.
Hi, I have nearly watched all of your reviews. You are a great teacher. I have a question on my mind that I am seeking for answer for some time. I am planning to get this rifle. However, people keep telling that any spring power gun kills any kind of good scope sooner or later, even expensive ones, because of double recoil the rifle produces. Do you agree with that? Should I go with pcps? I dont want to destroy my expensive scope. Thank you so much.
Good quality scopes should be up to the job but this is something I think about too, best advice if it concerns you is to go for a pcp rifle to be on the safe side
Look into the Diana Bullseye scope mount , I was glad I gave it a try, worth every penny . At first my thoughts were ‘pre WW I artillery technology’ . After I worked out which cheap pellets worked best (I know, I know) I have experimented with a few different scopes and a nice Diana scope that would not have otherwise stood up to this rifle turned it into a great ensemble. It can outshoot my 70 years old eyes, I do pretty good with it and I’m having fun. Can you believe a good air rifle can cost more than a real rifle ?
Why would you need such an high cheek piece on a Minelie stock. Why trash a beautiful stock if you needed it higher just put some padding on the stock.
