Hi my laptop is HP pavilion G6 2301 ax & graphic is 2gb AMD Radeon 7670 M & 8 GB ram...but in career mode of fifa 18 after played few match ...it has occurred the dirextec error message.

Select direct x 11 option from fifa setup (it is the section from where you change graphics settings of the game). If still problem exists then try to update drivers

Please check the game's minimum requirements before running. This game is crashing on intel hd Graphics. You must at least have a nvidia or amd graphics card to apply this fix. Don't forget to restart your computer after you are done with the fix. 👍

No, its FIFA 18 but the fix works for all the FIFA games from FIFA 17 to 19 . You can locate fifa setup in your installed game folder

From fifa setup make sure that direct x 11 is selected and see if that works.This game is not compatible with intel hd graphics. Get at least a low end graphic card from nvidia or intel. I would suggest you a nvidia gt1030

Update your drivers, direct x and make sure the you have installed all the versions of vc_redist (x86 and x64) for 2012,2013 and 2015. Also this game do not working well on intel hd graphics.

I have the exact same specs as you , but in my case it worked well. Try updating ur nvidia drivers. Im using the version 388.59 of nvidia drivers. Check the notification window after game crash if it shows "The computer is prevented from accessing the graphics hardware" error then you definitely have to update the drivers

From fifa setup make sure that direct x 11 is selected and see if that works.This game is not compatible with intel hd graphics. Also make sure that your antivirus not deleting some game files. If any of the above don't work then try reinstalling the game.

For me it worked well without any problems. The only people who were playing on the integrated intel hd graphics were facing the problem. Also your game will crash if you apply the update mods.

It will increase the Preference level. If 15 didn't worked for you then you can increase it to 20 but not beyond that because it could cause issues.

Its due to directx compatibility issue with your graphics device. If your gpu doesn't support direct x 12 then the game will crash/freeze. That's why im asking ur specs

This might be your gpu compatibility issue with direct x 12. Try to install the direct x 10 and vc_redist 2013 and if problem still exist then reinstall the game

If your graphics card do not support direct x 12 then your game will keep crashing. You are right direct x 12 improves the performance but it is buggy and it creates problems. You have no other option other than to play with direct x 11. If you are using Nvidia or AMD graphics card then try updating the drivers that is the last option you can try. There is no other option for Intel HD graphics.

Earlier I used to run FIFA 18 without any lag and suddenly, after I think my graphic driver updated, it started lagging and sometimes doesn't even start. And now my FIFA 19 is stuttering as if like in slow motion. I will update my driver and will get back to you. BTW, thanks for help.

Did you convert it to decimal rather than hexadecimal in registry editor ? You have to check the decimal option and enter the value 15. Probably this fix is failing on the april update of windows 10.

I never tested it for ultimate team or fifa online. One thing you can do is from fifasetup in game folder go to fifaconfig and make sure that directx 11 is selected instead of directx 12 (if the option exists)

It should have worked. Try changing to directx 11 from directx 12 from fifaconfig in game folder. Also try updating Graphics Card drivers

If you are using nvidia/amd graphic card then update your drivers. There must be an error in your game which is saying "the application is prevented from accessing graphics hardware". (This won't work if you are running the game on intel hd graphics)

@@GamingZoneGz7 I used to play fifa 18 on my pc[ Corei7-4700mq @2.40ghz Intel hd 4600]..after sometime when I want to play a match, during build up play the game lags, freeze and crash.. now I have AMD ryzen 5-3550H with gtx 1650 24gb ram...will it crash again if I download it?

I don't think so because most of crashes happens due to incompatibility with directx 12 or on intel hd graphics. But I'm not sure that it won't crash but 70-80% probability it would work fine
