I think Williams' character becomes much more interesting after Fifa 17. At first he is introduced as a cocky rival, who seemingly has nothing to lose and only serves as a roadblock to the protagonist. But as the Story progresses and we learn more about Danny his character becomes much more sympathetic and you can't help but root for him.

If they do bring this back for FIFA 20, I do hope they focus on Danny only, near the end or middle of his career...that way they can have him spend some time in MLS (more than likely Toronto, with Michael Bradley, Jozy Altidore and Jonathan Osorio), the A-League (Sydney FC, maybe Melbourne City?), or even China (with Guangzhou Evergrande, possibly?) to groom the new hero before they take off to Europe to be a star.

Yeah the haircut is terrible, I chose the Griezmann hairstyle. Top acting in all of these cutscenes. Edit: can you please bring Danny Williams back at some point? Would love to see him win the Ballon D’or or the World Cup.
