Great choice , don’t worry yourself about license, you can get all teams licensed easy just go to pesworld.com, simply download the files of league licensing l(EPL, La Liga etc) then you import those to your console .. boom all licenses are there

On pes, you'll admire the goal, watch the highlight from every angle and feel proud because you know you worked hard for the goal.

Pes looks so realistic and gameplay is amazing. As far as licences go if you have a playstation it's a 5 minute job to download and install the patch dont think people understand how easy it is plus it looks amazing.

Any sports game that promote and create realism is great. Since I’m not a soccer fan, I personally don’t know whether pes or fifa is more realistic.

Otherwise PES had a lot improvement between PES 2017 to PES 2018 and also a lot easier to costumize than FIFA... But once again that's my personal opinion.
