You're right, there does appear to be a downgrade in visuals, I wonder if they were trying to cut corners for one reason or another, I mean you'd naturally expect an upgrade as time goes on, not a downgrade
EA ? Yes EA knows that anyways the People will buy this game bad o nice, doesn't care. But Battelfield, Battlefront,Fallen Order,Anthem,Alice, Burnout, Need for Speed .__. and many more these are bad games just because u hate EA ? Pff nope You can cry that EA is probably the most Important industry of gaming, and the most Complete. Yep they has bad politics maybe and just in some games, not every one. But like brand there is nothing more striking than seeing an EA on the cover of the games. Why ? it is synonymous with quality even for FIFA.
21 has the superior player models with Frostbite’s “ Strand” tech. 22 is clearly a downgrade from that aspect. Would be interesting to know why, I assume the addition of Hypermotion and other features made the game more resource intensive. Thus the cut back in visuals.

Todo esto del brillo, las nuevas cinemáticas, y la cara de los jugadores lo hace a propósito EA para que te cambies a la nex gen, porque todo lo mencionado lo puede hacer la Playstation 4

I don't understand what happened with the models... this seems like a major downgrade. However, the gameplay on the field seems to look a bit better and more contrasty.
É interessante ver que em certo momento o pé entrou na bola e apareceu como se estivesse abaixo dela na hora do chute. Ou como na parte de focar no Neymar, o personagem parecia que foi feito que poucos sprites e fazendo ele ter uma animação lenta. Na qual a de 21 parece bem melhor. Sem contar com bugs comuns na gameplay, em minhas jogadas no 21. Como atravessar personagem na hora da animação de perto ou na hora da comemoração do gol o personagem se perder e ficar nessa cena por muito mais tempo que deveria... E eu fiquei pensando, a câmera do goleiro lembra pembolim kskaka
As usual, just a color filter to make it look different from last year. But way worse beards (everyone looks like they're 15 and trying to grow it now), toned down physics, and... well, it's still FIFA 17 evolved. Other than that, I liked the new, thinner hair design (on hairs, not beards). Looks a little more natural. Anyways, and in every way, EA is, and always will be, crap.
Bueno por primera vez podemos decir que no es el mismo FIFA. Además me sorprende que en una Xbox Series S va a 1080p el FIFA 22, en comparación del FIFA 21 que iba a 4k.
increible que no haya novedades significativas en un juego que te venden Full price, parece una expansion del mismo juego, yo pense que este año llegaria el FIFA netx gen pero no fue asi, se quedo en los graficos de generacion pasada.
Imagine buying the same game every year with some improvements over the last. I'd probably do a 2-3 year gap in between or by skipping few titles, like I do with racing games. However, for racing games I usually stick to one for each gen. Also, 22 looks like the grass, grass sharpness, shaders, beard and hair details, skin detail and shadow quality was lowered down from max graphics to medium/high. Plus there's this weird blue/cold filter in 22 as well. Yes, some of the thing I mentioned also don't look superb on 21 either, maybe if EA made a new FIFA game once every 2-3 years they could accomplish so much more. Besides it's not even 2022, why release it now?
Yep thats what I did. Bought fifa 17 back in 2016 and only just upgrade to fifa 22. Furthermore the only reason I upgraded was cause Fifa 22 was 90% off on steam thus only $9

At the 3:06 mark you got the image labeled as 2022 then at 3:18 you got the same image labeled as 2021 so now I'm confused. 21 looks better. Better beards and hair also face textures.

Es que se ve mejor el del año pasado. Es increíble lo que roba esta gente de EA. FIFA 21 looks a lot better, especially the faces and the hair animation. It's just incredible the way that EA just steal momey from the fanbase.
El FIFA debería renovarse una vez por generación de consolas, no cada año se me hace una mamada que te vendan prácticamente lo mismo cada año, todo lo que puede incluir el FIFA que viene puede añadirse fácilmente con un puto DLC las nuevas plantillas de equipo etc
Y de seguro para el del 2023 los espectadores serán más realistas y con anuncios en tiempo real pfff me sorprende lo mucho que vende este juego apesar de que ofrece lo mismo que juegos pasados

same i just got the PS5 so planning get the FIfa 21 instead 22 to save money. Since it was literally almost the same game except Fifa 21 was a lot cheaper.
