It is a bit common for Fifa config to not open on some PC's. It is not a big deal if you know how to fix it. It happens with Fifa14, Fifa15, Fifa16, Fifa17, Fifa18 even up to Fifa23

i have fifa 19, game opens but 30fps as its on higher graphics i want to lower them but config doesnt open, no error messages no nothing.
