Great list, have and love most of these. I’ll add Invasion Barbare - the ultimate barbershop for me. It’s just so smooth and comfortable, perfectly blended, easy to wear and like. Yes, too expsensive - don’t care. Another would me Pathcouly by Profumum Roma - the name really undersells the complexity. Again, perfectly blended, and really smooth. It made me realize I could like Patchlouli. I particularly like the chocolate element, does it better than many frags that try to do chocolate, but keeps it’s green earthy feel. Not hippi, not headshop! We’re taking patchouli back. And swap the amber for Ambra Aura also from Roma - real ambergris, mideval amber, smell like a pirate king. So dense, great performance, uncompromising, timeless.
Issey miyake was a legend in the world of fashion, and has released some incredible and memorable fragrances over the past and present years. Rest in peace, Issey! You will be missed!! 🙏🏾
He's by far my favorite, and totally agree; the feel of knowing your scent game is on the offensive and not merely the defensive really adds to your overall ensemble.
L'Homme Ideal EDP - That cherry in a niche like refinement just exudes quality. Oud Satin Mood (EDP or Extrait) - This is as classy, yet seductive as it gets.
Bleu de Chanel EDP truly is a fragrance where if you could only have one, and it was this, there is no time of year, time of day, or situation where it wouldn’t be great. Hot summer day? Ok. Day in the office? Ok. Date night? Ok. Christmas morning? Ok. You get the idea. Amazing.
I have Allure Homme Sport by Chanel, what about the long lasting? Does Bleu have enough long lasting? I really like the Allure Homme Sport, but I think the long lasting is not the best, I mean I think.
prada luna rossa black, 10/10 masterpiece and almost niche quality, i havent smelled something quite like it on the designer realm, what a great scent and backup bottle worthy.
@@tadeomaggiopepper is not even a note, the amber and tonka bean are at the forefront, are you sure you own the fragance? it is hard to get tho and a lot of people want it soooo..
This was great, but Ash I've been thinking I'd like to see a vid of 10 Super Dark Mens fragrances! The darkest most mysterious melancholy scents you can come up with. Cheers!
Guerlain Homme L'Eau Boisee was my first fragrance (not counting the ones I bought in high school). Bought it on your recommendation as a 10/10 cheapie and its my signature summer scent now

The only big bottles (over 4oz) in my collection so far (23 scents) are Dior Homme Cologne, Dior Homme Intense, and Acqua Di Gio Profumo. I guess that's what would constitute a "10" for me.
Top 5 for me personally. 1. Armani Eau De Cedre 2. Parfums De Marly Carlisle 3. Blue de Chanel Parfum 4. Parfums De Marly Percival 5. Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Intense
@@wayne2150 it is strong at first. It turned me off the first time that I smelled it, but after about 20 minutes, I was hooked, and everyone kept giving compliments.
I watched a recent "10 Masterpiece Scents" from another unnamed reviewer.. and this is a much better list... while there may be a couple scents I would add to this list.. Dior Fahrenheit le Parfum Guerlain L'homme Idèal EDT or EDP Initio Side Effect Nishane Ani.... this other reviewer had basically all designer scents that, for the most part, were more 7-9/10s
Finally someone mentions Voyage d'hermes. I think it's a super underrated versatile frag that straddles fresh and blue scents. A lemon cardamom bomb. Can't wait to get a full bottle.

Masterpiece Fragrances: T1. Armani Code Absolu/Paco Rabonne 1 Million Lucky (10/10) T1. Bleu De Chanel EDP (10/10) The easiest way to get a 10/10 from me is to nail down the masculine, vanillic drydown that 1 Million Lucky and Code Absolu both have. If you can do that, game over. 10/10
i still got a few backup code absolu bottles but i finished my one million lucky bottle like a year ago such a shame it is no longer in production, it is a thousand times better than the whole line.
Bleu de Chanel parfum, Tom Ford noir extreme, Prada lhomme and acqua di gio Profumo are my masterpieces and admittedly I never wear Profumo but still think it’s a banger
I enjoy the dry down of Light Blue Forever even more than the opening! I understand where people are coming from with the sweat thing, but luckily I don't get much of that and think it smells great either way. The grapefruit opening is excellent, but the dry down is where it's at. I don't understand why more people don't love the dry down!
Need to get my hands on Guerlain L'eau Boisée, I love Guerlain Homme and this seems like a more Vetiver heavy take so I need to give it a try. Nowhere seems to stock it on the highstreet though
@@posteveryside-beatsnews No guarantee you'll like it, no fragrance will be for everyone I guess, but definitely worth giving another try if you have a way to sample it
@@wecanjump7512 I know, out of any designer fragrances. That one always smells to classy and smooth and gets me the most compliments. Glad others can enjoy what I enjoy when I walk around
Super happy to see Gucci intense Oud in a video. I love how powerful and long lasting it is. I had my t-shirt washed and while it was drying outside in the sun, it was still emminating of the t-shirt.
Hi Ash, great video. I want to ask if I buy from the "discounters" you so often mention in your videos, will I get the didscounts and shipped to South Africa? Taking into account the Rand/Dollat exchange, when I checked it was at 1 dollar equals to R15.94 (rands)
Hello. I am not sure if he would know that answer off hand. If I were you I would email the websites and ask them directly. Also most of them have a section on their website that informs you of where they ship to
I really like the vetiver in Guerlain Homme L'Eau Boisee. I'm on my third bottle (standard Guerlain bottle) and recently I noticed a strong pepper note when I use it on a very hot and humid day. Since then I have avoid using it in summer.
Amouage Jub XXV, Tom Ford Men Extreme, Creed Royal Oud, Tom Ford Oud Wood, Amouage Reflection Man, Serge Lutens Fille en Aiguilles, Creed Royal Mayfair, Chanel Allure Homme and Penhaligon Sartorila and Terrible Teddy. That's all I got for 10/10 IMO.

I can give you a list of 50 that every person should own
Thankfully I can wear DHI on summer nights in the norther half of Ca. That one falls into the love at fist sniff bank. Actually it was my sotd about 8 sprays.
DHI is my favourite fragrance of all time, it's literally perfect to me. Such a shame they've ruined it and I'll never buy the current batches with terrible performance I can not support that. I hope they release a limited edition bottle with the original 2011 formulation
Can’t speak for the older batches since I never smelled them, but I have a new 2022 bottle and it smells incredible. Performance is also not an issue, I get an easy 10 hours with 3 sprays on skin. It was strong from the first spray. Just my experience but I’ve read many similar experiences as well with the new 2020 DHI in regards to the smell and performance. I was apprehensive about getting it since it was a blind buy and the reformulation talk had me hesitant but not disappointed in the slightest with what I got. Hope that helps.
@@danielsniffen7202 same here. I think people tend jump the gun with reformulation rumors and performance issues. I bought mine two months ago. 10 hrs minimum and smells amazing.
@@danielsniffen7202I went to a store today and sprayed 2 puffs on my arm. That was 7 hours ago and I can still smell it on me. It threw me back with that “lipstick” smell in the beginning. I forgot about that.. I have a bottle from 2018 with like 20ml left, and it smells pretty different now, much more refined, like an aged wine. Smelled like 20-30 perfumes today and DHI is still my favorite.. didn’t expect that lol, crazy

Anyone ever notice the "musty" smell Bleu de Chanel edt has on the dry down? It's the reason I want to try the edp in the hopes that it's gone and replaced with something better. Kinda like Eros edp.
@@jimlittle5769 True but I sampled it not too long ago at Ulta and it took had that same weird smell in the dry down. It was never prevalent enough not to like Bleu de Chanel I still plan on getting a bottle of the Edt for spring.
Down here in Naples Fla right now my 10s are …Versace eau fraiche, Allure Homme Sport, Acqua Di Gio Profundo, MontBlanc Indivdual, Mont Blanc Starwalker, Spicebomb Nightvision. Lov you Ash PEACE
Hey man, awesome vid as usual. You should get to the rack stores and find Ben Sherman Signature EDT ASAP. It is literally Tom Ford Ombre Leather for $12.99!!! I wore it today, and I forgot that it wasn't Tom Ford. I also got a solid 6-7 hours projecting! I also picked up a Ben Sherman Icon EDP 100ml for 12.99, but it died on the skin fast. Maybe I got a bad one? Might try it again. A comparison vid of TF ombre leather vs BS Signature would be awesome. Keep up the awesome content!
Ash! Question. The Dyptique Philosykos. Is that the EDP 2012 version or the EDP earlier version. What you described sounds more like the 2012 than the other one. When I search for this fragrance, it doesn’t differentiate between the two. Please help! Great channel. Been a fan for awhile. Thanks so much.

Hello from Ireland Ash. So your channel gets viewed from around the world, but your discount codes are all your part of the world. Any chance you could work with some of the retailers here in Europe to offer some discounts? Thank you, Kevin
Are there two different versions of DHI? I've heard of a 2020. Noticed that on some bottles "Dior Homme Intense" is on the bottle and others it's on the cap. Could someone explain this to me?
We need a new 90s banger video. Just the other day Jeremy pumped Blue Jeans, CubaKnow same thing. It's like they're coming back! That video would hit! Please and thank you. 😁
