It takes a lot of effort and concentration to not accidentally apply too much power in such a powerfull car. With Constantly changing conditions you would have to constantly be adjusting to ever-changing conditions. This is a full-time job and will take away from your ability to drive the car safely. With traction control you don't worry about traction, you just drive the car great to be able to just apply brakes or gas and not have to worry too much about losing control.
yeah both tiff and vicki are great drivers and presenters. clackson hammond and may are just comedians. and they are just lucky to be allowed to drive top end cars.
he is right tho, tha is about the last place you got left on earth to play with these cars. Go to the track and its so regulated that its more of a "follow the leader" rather than a full throttle experience. lambo on the snow...love it.
Well the thing is Tiff started off as a professional race driver then later started the show Top Gear in 1987as the main host with Clarkson. Top Gear may be more popular now but Tiff is the more experienced in the business. Sorry but you should do your research and sorry if I sound arrogant. ;)
Lambo's are outrageously desgined, they have massive engines with tons of power and audi reliability. Ferrari's are more conservatively designed, they don't go for massive engines but tune their engines to perfection and have a lot of fancy computer electronics going on beneath the engine all derived from their F1 car. You shouldn't forget the Gallardo is the direct competitor of the F430. And both cars have similar stats but are completely different from one another.
Well, Top Gear and Fith Gear are both car shows, but that's everything they got in common. They got a complete different aim. Fith Gear is interrested in car specs like bhp and maximum speed, but Top Gear is interessted ind the X-Factor of a car, the soul of it, somehow. Top Gear also takes themselves not very serious, but Fith Gear. Top Gear is more fun, i would say.
Hmm...although not a fan of driving fast with T/C on, I have to commend it for being as advanced as it is! A system like that would make anyone feel like they were Mr. Schumacher himself, lol.
I don't get it. With the ESP on he's going much slower so ofcourse the car handles better. Switch the ESP off and go the same speed. Same results right? What's the point of the segment? Fit Bridgestone Blizzacks to the thing if you want hooligan fun in the snow.
