What a golden age. I really miss it.

My dad loved Arthur Haynes. He was in fits of laughter whenever Arthur was on! Wonderful memories!

Arthur was a huge star in the 50s and 60s. I remember my parents taking me to see him in panto in the 50s I think) and my dad carrying me home in the snow. what memories

"Ratbag!" I was only about four, but I thought Arthur's insult "Ratbag" was the funniest thing ever. Just remembered in a random flash of memory after more years than I like to admit.

Who's the lady singing in this episode?

Arthur was great, unlike the terrible 'musical' interludes.
