It's a book, get over it. You are honestly reading into it too much. You don't like the book? Then don't comment about it. Is it really that hard? People like the book, so what? It's introduced a somewhat taboo lifestyle and its intrigued people. Sure there are a couple blips in the authors information. Probably didn't do enough research but jesus fucking christ what's done is done get over it. We don't need your opinion, especially since it's been stated a hundred time. Get. Over. It. Please. It's so annoying to have to constantly see people shitting on this book/movie. What's done is fucking done. People like it and your opinion isn't going to change anything. It's just annoying.

And plus, the character Anastasia does not immediately state she is opposed to pain. And when she does she just doesn't leave, she wants to stay and help. She saw something In him she wanted to unveil. She chose to stay for her benefit and his. She's intrigued in his lifestyle and so she stays and continues to play. She also does feel turned on by certain other aspects of the bdsm. He uses threats and bribes, yes, he's fucked up. He doesn't even know how to do something as simple as love. As stated, he was delt with a shit hand of cards when he was a child. Most of the time she doesn't deal with his shit by the way. And if you read the other two books you'll know that he slowly starts to realize how wrong the way he goes about everything is and she continues to not take his shit. And I don't recall him ever using her self esteem issues agains her or anything like that, ever. Now you're just pulling shit straight from your ass. I get that this book has some unrealistic scenes but it's fiction. It's fake. It's not real. Everyone gets that.

Paul Spector was a great role, but he is such a good actor and I love that he chooses mysterious twisted roles to play and challenges himself. (He even makes me interested to see this movie although I initially wanted nothing to do with the whole Fifty shades of grey phenomenon.)

I'm sick of people saying Jamie Dornan is too good for Fifty Shades. Like are you serious? This industry is all about exposure and he's the one who need it, not Fifty Shades.
