He probably used 5 dried fig leaves, 4 cups of coconut milk a bit of sugar to taste and lemon zest and 10 g of agar agar then he did a compoté with fig on top (2 parts fruit one part sugar)
This looks delicious. It might not be the right post but do you have a good idea on how to cook or make something delicious out of carrot leaves? Every time when I buy carrots I throw away the leaves and makes me sad… there should be something we can do with them 😊

Bro how do you fo that ? we have all sort of figs here in iran and the leaves are sappy and irritating 😅 you can't let them on your skin. how do you use them for milk coagulation?
