1:10 JJK brainrot aside... Yeah Servants basically have a domain, or a homeland which gives them a buff called a Fame Boost. Let's say you summon a British Servant in Europe or native to England, they are far stronger than they should be if summoned closer to their homeland... So can you imagine a Lancer Cú Chulainn in Ireland? Or a Heracles in Greece? Giving them home field advantage makes them stronger.

3:02 - They do have magic in that they can use it, just nowhere near the level to challenge a Servant. The Homunculli are more there just to fill numbers than anything else. 6:35 - No he will, Karna is incredibly powerful however because of that he uses a whole lot of Magical power that would drain most masters quickly meaning he's more likely to lose energy quickly in extended combat since unlike Gilgamesh, he doesn't have a skill like Independent Action to help compensate for that. Karna in the manga and LN still was absolutely humiliated Vald. Karna managed to cut Vald in half, the only reason Vald is even close to Karnas power is because of territorial fame. If every servant were to be summoned in their own context they’d be broken. 6:15 also Karna and Achilles are well known for requiring massive amounts of mana.

4:05 Normally, I'd say Karna is stronger, because he is. A demi-god vs. a nobleman is just a horrible matchup..."normally", that is. Here, I can't say for certain, because Karna is an op servant who can't live up to his potential, at least not frequently, due to his master's mana which also means that a battle of attrition would be to Vlad's advantage if he can deal with Karna's flames. Vlad is a dude buffed to kingdom come by his home-field advantage that I wouldn't be surprised if he could go toe to toe with Karna in the same way as a certain character later on...
