I'm assuming Arin's problem was that he kept trying to do street fighter style special moves, at least it seemed that way because you could hear a lot of buttons being pressed rapidly and Arin's characters moving and blocking a lot, but not actually punching or kicking that much. Jon would just go for kick and punch combos, and it seems like this is that kind of fighter, like Tekken or DOA, where special moves aren't really a thing and it's more about combos and sequences.

I know this is 5 years late but I bought a Street Fighter 2 Acrade 1up cabinet and.. I'm decent at Tekken but after buying this cabinet I've discovered I'm horrible at Street Fighter. I'm not sure if it's because I grew up playing Tekken but Street Fighter seems so much more complicated even though it's locked to one plane. I guess they're totally different beasts all together but it's fun trying to figure it out. Maybe age has something to do with it, Arin's got about 4 years on me. Maybe being a kid at that time put people in the know. Arcade cabinets were dying out when I was really young, they almost felt like a fever dream remembering where they used to be, peppered all over the place. Anyways..

Just for the record: When you're hanging off the edge, the other guy can ring you out with a low attack BUT! With the right timing, you can also grab his leg and throw HIM out of the ring. FD had tons of nifty ideas like these.

Fat And Confused I am not "butthurt". The show was still great when Jon left but slowly over time the show has gotten less and less funny to the point where I usually only get one or two little chuckles per episode where as it used to be - in my opinion - the funniest show on RU-vid. I do admit that I feel the show was at it's best when it still had Jon, but Dan was great too when he joined. Sadly the show is shit now, at least compered to old Game Grumps. I could go on to say why the show isn't funny anymore but I really don't to write an essay on "Why Game Grumps is shit now". P.S. You are the one who made this about Jon, not me. I did not mention Jon in my comment.

Fighter Destiny Two was actually never meant to be released outside of China, but after a South Korean independent game merchant payed the publishers, SouthPeak a large sum of money to carry the game in their store, it set a precedent for the game to be released in other areas. Despite this, and the fact that many fighters come from countries in the PAL region, the game never made it to stores in that area. The game was also hated by many hardcore fighting game fans for been to close to beloved fighting game, Virtual Fighter, created by SEGA. SEGA has publicly condemned these protests, and proceeded to punish the critics by making bad Sonic Titles consistently, since Fighter Destiny 2's release in 2000.

I used to play Fighter's Destiny 1. Every time I see this episode I keep yelling instructions for how to play it at the screen. "Grab him while you're hanging!!! Don't do a throw, do a KO!" This is incredibly frustrating. xD

It's funny, they could have just paused the game and looked at the move list so that they'd actually know how to play the game, but I think I prefer the screwing around they did in this episode instead. I still wish they played the first game, cause it's so much better, but at least this video let me know this game exists
