The game is amazing and i love it, i got the game a week after its release and let me tell you some of these combos arent as easy as it looks, getting the execution and pacing down to a science is the hard part

think of a number pad on a keyboard. The numbers are the directions based on those numbers. They use it for anime fighter notation because numbers are a lot more universal than letters and words, so you can understand the notation regardless of language.

Because I don't, but the fact that I could make up a combo in about 5 minutes that's better than the one you showed here is a bit sad, the title is after all "How to Instantly Become a GOD with Goku Black". I would hope to find something better than a lack luster 3.6k combo. Also, even in you're part 2 the combo you show off is, yet again, un-optimal as hell, and has the wrong button notation. These videos feel like you pressed record with zero studying of the actual character at hand and just went along saying stuff that sounds (Very vaguely but not really) correct. I'm honestly not even trying to be shitty or anything, just trying to give constructive criticism on your video and I hope you can use this to help make some better content in the future, from one to another.

The Phantom Of The Opera quarter circle is the input motion for the move. Ryu's fireball is quarter circle forward. Meaning your moving the d pad down, down torward and then forward while pressing the attack button.

Not exactly. Videos like this can help to figure out optimal combos and give you starters and combo pathways to work off of. Practicing and doing your own combos is great, but having a few ideas in mind already from a few videos can help a bit.

I'd rather see some tournament results, lab findings, etc. because I've played my fair share of demons on PS2, given that I'm SSJ2 and still climbing after some 2 weeks of ranked, and a handful of them were still mashing the super dash button. (not saying it's common amongst the rank) It seems that you haven't been in the lab much if you think s tutorial that says 236H with Black is a waste of meter that is no differeny from 236M, even though it's a corner-to corner hard knockdown off of your basic JC strings, which are meter positive. I've been in the lab enough to know this dude doesn't know what he's talking about.
