Lmaooo. I loved both Xenoverse entires, this game is MUCH better though, love the side by side fighting and not having to deal with a janky ass camera.

Sometimes it's better to listen closely.. Max would've made better videos if he actually had a copy of the game. But as he said several times, almost all of his breakdown videos were from a bandai namco event he was invited to. That means he didn't have much time to lab things.. These TGN videos on the other hand are coming from a review copy, where he could put more time into. Just enjoy the video and don't compare things.. Both did their best with the tools/options they had to their disposal!

Don't make excuses for him. Tools and resources aside, TGN Anime doing far better breakdowns anyways. Max's stuff is pretty decent enough for the time he put into them true, but don't sound like you have to put down TGN anime either though. Time and effort in labs doesn't equal up skills being factored in here however! Even with the time, Max isn't a "Lab" kind of fighting game player with any fighting game?, sorry but its true!

It's not bad at all, but the thing about using traditional combos is since they employ more normals you build a lot more meter from doing them. They also give you more opportunity to weave in your assists to extend them further, making them more powerful, more stylish, and more flexible. I think the auto combo is great for allowing people of all experiences to be able to enjoy the game and perform competently at it, and I really appreciate characters whose auto combo gives them unique attacks or characteristics, such as Beerus' cross up, but it's in anyone's best interest to learn how to combo traditionally if they want to get good at the game. Traditional combos aren't even that hard either, it's just combing attacks from light, to medium, to heavy, and then super.

About the using normals to build meter. I found out you can abuse auto combos a bit to do that. You probably already know this but I found out you can use the square auto combo for the first two hits then transition to the full triangle combo and you'll get two extra hits in. But it's just everyone on gamefaqs made it seem like you do 50% less damage if you use auto combos and that seems like an exaggeration. They legit made it seem like you inherently do less damage with auto combos compared to doing real combos.

I mean, the combos I was watching on Nakkiel and SonicFox's stream were doing at least 12-15 normals before using a super, and that's if they didn't use assists or vanishes. Auto combos, even with the extra 2 hits of from square, will only do 5-7 hits. I think people exaggerate the difference in damage. I think you're able to kill most opponents in 5 or so auto combo strings, where you only need 3 using traditional combos without assists. But there is still a noticeable difference.

If you use the triangle auto combo or atleast with black you can kill in 3 combos without assists. But you do use 1 meter though for each combo.

Does uub have stretchy limbs like buu? I only watched dbz but I learned about buu through the dragonball budukai 3 game for the ps3, so I know about buu and stuff. It didn’t seem like he had stretchy arms in the game tho
