Fighting for my new wheelchair!

Getting my new wheelchair process first started on September 4th, 2018... as of today May 6th, 2019... I haven't gotten the correct chair with all items ordered that first day. This meeting took place at a local mall because I requested it. Being that I felt unsafe having two males in my home alone with myself.
A lot of this video is voice only... The tone that was taken with me during this meeting was not appropriate. I did my best to stay calm and used much restraint. The end of this meeting they have me waiting to hear back from them by Thursday May 9th, 2019.... then I'll have to wait some more if they decide they will do what they discussed here in the video.
