1. I love that Travis is defending the vibe of the courts by kicking out the one person because it’s better than that one person steering others away who loved playing there. I wish Travis could be a court bouncer at my club. 2. What makes you think I don’t already fall asleep to the unlimited RU-vid pickleball content that’s already available? 😂
The vibe and the people of the courts matter the most. I will always defend. 2. You and me both buddy, I fall asleep to the sound of pickle balls being struck.
That paddle tosser and fist pumping behavior must be halted in rec play, especially at Crescent. It's a turnoff to all players and the pickle police has to show up sometimes.

Seems that APP upgraded their cameras and techs to run them. Much needed and long over due. I think PPA entry fees with skyrocket next year. Gotta get that contract money somewhere?
Joola is old school and traditional Johns family and Waters family, Selkirk is new school and flashy. Take that with a grain of sand. But that's what I'm thinking he means.
I wouldn’t call Selkirk flashy. The camo shirts and gear is loud and a bit overwhelming, but I wouldn’t call it flashy. Joola I feel has more room to maneuver and establish their brand.
@@travisrettenmaier1539 Maybe flashy was the wrong way to put it. Loud is a better description. I'm just going by there comercials for example they seem to come of as "the future". Joola I think has a good thing going with the signature paddles for the players, and hope they continue making them tailored to the players.
Thank you for your time and posting. Agree, it is so much fun to watch. APP just disappoints every time now for RU-vid viewers. I've stopped watching (except for Todd and Glozman). IMO, PPA, and APP will NOT have quality line cameras next year, especially PPA. How does it benefit them? IMO, most players, when playing a better player, always think they are fantastic when they get ONE by you. You can hear the two saying, "WOW, what a great shot". When what really happened was I missed it, making an error from a fairly crappy hit by them. This happens a lot.
Fights are picking up on rec courts because of MLP. Ever since finger wagging, yelling and chest pounding became cool in MLP the rec players are mimicking it. This is true in all sports , the fans want to be like pros. Problem is people don't like being disrespected and it's going too far. For the record I like it at the pro level for entertainment but it's going to continue to bleed into rec play.
What a riveting take. Thank you for bringing your deep thought into our comments section. Seems like it’s making lives of people way better so just relax my man.
I am proposing a name change from 'Tennis Sucks' to 'Not Tennis'. It's the same idea but more positive and also more pickleball-centric because 'Not-Tennis' is a term for a pickleball-specific skillset that I believe was coined by AJ Koller and I think it's hilarious and awesome. Then the listeners don't have to be the 'Suckers' but maybe the 'Nottys' or the 'Notters'.
