Figure 8 knot this is where to use the figure and the tex brown  

I've done a quick video trying to explain when and where you would use a figure 8 knot compared to a text brown or speed knot, alot of people seem confused about the difference of use between the knots, you can't use a figure 8 knot in the same way as a tex brown and expect to have tension still in your wire it's that simple. I'm not the best at explaining and I was pushed for time while making this video but hopefully it makes abit of sense.
