In my first 4k resolution figure painting video I show how to paint 101st Airborne Infantry by Alpine Miniatures in 1:35th scale. Part of this miniature painting tutorial are pre colouring with an airbrush, painting uniforms, leather parts like boots and details like harness, canteen cups and the screaming eagles patch. Of course painting skin tones is a topic too, as is weathering and applying it to a vignette. The M1 Garand and the M1 Carbine were finished using oil paints over acrylic paints and by dry brushing using metallic paints.
I hope this step by step guide is helpfull for one or two of you and I can show some techniques for beginners and veterans. Please let me know what you think about it.
