Worst Airlines - they agreed to pay for the damages the did to my Bag and collected my Bank Accounts details and then just stopped replying to me email. Why did they agree to pay and why did they ask for my bank account details? and then just not pay and stop replying. They have also blocked me on Facebook. Shame on you.
