The fact that the kid said... play with mom and dad...says a lot about how he's being raised... His parents really give him quality time and that's so nice to know...so many parents I know would be texting and facebook...instead of taking time to play with their kids.

The perfect balance between being firm and standing ground and being loving at the same time. This is what perfect parenting looks like.

grabe, natatakot ako mag anak sa totoo lang kasi hindi ako masyadong pasensyoso pero kung ganito naman yung fruit ng pagiging patient ko, and communicating properly with the child, nagkakaron ako ng hope. sabi nga ni sis, they're like a sponge. you need to be a good role model para maganda rin yung naaabsorb nila. nakakainspire ❤ also, i dint know pinoy din pala sila, ang unique makakita ng ganitong convo between a toddler and a mom dito satin! a lot of my peers who are parents na, sadly are traditional, palasigaw, galit, and they could learn a thing or two from this

AHMAZING!!! What do you think??? Not what do feel what do you think??? What you think is far far more important than what you feel.. Most have no clue the difference between feelings/emotions and thoughts. Logos is Rising!!! The age of logic and reason, feelings this time around going to take a back seat. Thank God…Peoples brains are atrophying from non use…

It is IMPERATIVE to only talk to your children with REAL words, even from the moment you learn you are pregnant. Vocabulary is a pillar of cognitive development. NEVER use that god-awful "baby talk" where you speak in rhythms and repetitious nonsense. I had a friend who would always say to her toddler, "Baby ready to eat-eat." (when it was meal time). I said to her, "Melissa, do you eat-eat, or do you eat? You should use real words and engaging conversation so you don't end up sending your kid to pre-K and he can't even frame an intelligible sentence as a 4 y/o." She actually thanked me and said using real words never occurred to her. It's the truth! We raise dumb kids because we treat them like they're dumb. [Note: I don't mean this in regards to precious children with developmental deficiencies, such as speech pathology, autism, etc]

As a single parent, I talked with my only child this way from day 1. No matter where we were or who was around her feelings, emotions, and questions were always addressed. When she was 10 yrs. old I remarried and somehow our bond of closeness became broken. I am now an old woman and she is a mother to two girls, we haven't seen or spoken to one another in 13 years. I exist now with a very broken heart and many regrets. Pray for His Will to be done in my life.

Maggie, I am sorry. May God open other channels of His love to your heart so you do not feel alone. Above all, may He remind your only child what you did for her as she raises her two children so she realises that you were a good mother who did her best even if all her expectations were not met. Sending love❤.

The father got mad at the baby when she dropped a plate. It was Aldie who had to tell his father that that was not okay. Short temper not good for kids and wife and not good for patients at his work.
@100musicplaylists3

great parenting but it needs to be tempered with making the child understand that they should not be so open and wear their heart on their shoulder to everyone. only family.

he knows how to "correct" and "reprimand" the adults but i don't see him acknowledging his own behavior. i blame the parents.

@zenestra_1819 Год назад
I bet Aldie knows better to acknowledge his own behavior than you do. The kid did acknowledge that he "chose to be mad." He DID NOT blame his parents for not allowing him to go outside but instead processed his emotions for not getting what he wanted. And here you are already looking at a FOUR-year-old's "faults." Lol
