Salama Salama is a tribute to our departed Kenyan musicians, actors, media personalities, music industry promoters, and authors. May it be known that we are forever grateful for the contribution great and small, that you made in your particular fields. Your lives and work continue to be an inspiration to generations.
Adapted from a Kenyan coastal dirge, Salama which in Swahili means ‘Well’, is a message to our departed to go well.
The song is also our call to all of us to come together to support families of artists, sportsmen, and other entertainers who have lost their breadwinners and are finding it hard to make ends meet. All proceeds of this song go to support these families. Through the SALAMA FUND, you can support such families in any way possible. Contact us on +254715209156 to support or make donations to Mpesa till number 673054. All contributions will be declared.
